When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, company, business email and project requirements. If you arrive through a tagged campaign, the form may also retain the UTM source, medium and campaign values included in the page URL.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, prepare follow-up questions, provide quotations, understand campaign attribution and maintain a business inquiry record. We do not ask for payment information or medical information through the inquiry form.

If you choose WhatsApp, your communication is also processed under WhatsApp and Meta policies. Opening WhatsApp does not submit the website form automatically.

Storage and deletion

Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for sales follow-up, contractual requirements and applicable legal obligations. Contact Jayremy through the website to request access, correction or deletion.

Security and spam prevention

We use request validation, rate limiting and minimum necessary access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
