Do you support DDP shipping?

What is the lead time after deposit?
Lead time is confirmed after specifications, sample requirements, quantity and production scheduling are agreed. The approved quotation and order documents provide the applicable timing.
Can you provide EMF and certification documents?
Test methods, EMF data and certification requirements are model- and market-specific. Verified reports are shared only when they apply to the approved configuration and destination market.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms depend on the order type and commercial review. The applicable milestones, currency and payment method are stated in the written quotation or contract.
Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
