Is a solid wood Finnish sauna room the same as a far-infrared sauna?
No. A Finnish sauna uses a heater and stones to heat the air to roughly 70-100°C and can produce steam (Löyly); a far-infrared sauna uses panels at lower cabin temperatures and does not use stones or steam.
