Program preparation

What an OEM or ODM buyer should define.

An effective sauna manufacturing brief explains the destination market, target customer, sales channel, intended product line and commercial positioning. It should also separate required features from preferences and identify the expected sample quantity, production volume and target timing.

Technical review then covers capacity and dimensions, enclosure construction, wood and finish direction, glazing, heating architecture, voltage, controls, user interface, branding and packaging. Where market access depends on particular documentation or testing, those requirements should be raised before the sample scope is agreed.

Huian Sauna treats sampling as a decision gate, not only a physical delivery. The buyer and manufacturing team should record the approved configuration, review criteria, open items and any changes needed after evaluation. Volume production begins from a frozen specification rather than informal reference images or assumptions.

Inspection scope, packaging protection, manuals, labels and shipment documents are coordinated against the agreed order. Lead time, price, minimum order quantity and model-specific performance data are confirmed in the commercial and technical proposal for each program.
